Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers on manpower requirements, job profiles, and priorities.
• Post vacancies through ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through talent pools, referrals, agencies, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments where required.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage reference checks, background verification, pre-employment documentation, and recruitment formalities.
• Own onboarding from offer acceptance through joining.
• Coordinate new joiner documentation, induction schedules, welcome arrangements, and orientation activities.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days, university recruitment, and other initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, universities, and external partners.
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and enhance candidate experience.
