Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with warm, professional, and personalized service.
- Recommend products and provide accurate information based on guest needs and preferences.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive gift shop outlet.
- Monitor stock, replenish products, and ensure items are displayed, priced, and presented correctly.
- Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control, and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.
- Promote products and maximize sales opportunities through a genuine, service-focused approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality or hotel environments is required.
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic and a good command of English are required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- A sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented approach is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is required.
