- Manage all day to day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention
- Liaise with brand team to ensure correct products are available
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and retail procedures
- Train and develop store team
- Lead by example, creating a collaborative, customer focused team culture
- Set clear sales expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience
- Act as a product expert on baby apparel, strollers, car seats and related accessories
- Handle customer concerns or escalations with empathy and professionalism
