Assistant Sales Manager

Yamanote Atelier Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and drive our catering and B2B sales business.

• Develop and grow catering and B2B sales by identifying and acquiring new corporate and business clients.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and generate sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by Management.
• Arrange regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to build long-term catering and corporate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Grow business revenue in line with company budgets and objectives.
• Prepare and present sales performance, revenue, expense reports, and realistic sales forecasts to Management.
• Develop a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of catering and corporate orders.

• 5+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 3 years in Hospitality Sales.
• Proven experience in Catering Sales and B2B/Corporate Sales is highly preferred.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, or F&B businesses.
• Strong business development, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality and catering market is an advantage.
