Role Overview
Assistant Restaurant Manager supporting restaurant, bar, and applicable room-service operations in Riyadh.
The position assists with daily supervision, menu planning, sanitation standards, guest satisfaction, and employee development.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full time.
- The role is not remote and involves physical restaurant operations.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED plus four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major plus two years of relevant experience.
Restaurant Team Management
- Handle employee questions and concerns.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on service behaviors.
- Assist in supervising daily shift operations.
- Manage the restaurant and related areas when senior restaurant leaders are absent.
- Communicate departmental goals and expected results in team meetings.
