- Lead field engineering activities including constructability reviews and monitoring work in progress
- Maintain first level QA to ensure installation complies with plans, specifications, and standards
- Review contractor submissions and resolve technical issues; coordinate with design disciplines as needed
- Monitor construction schedules and progress; prepare progress reports and provide appraisal data to management
- Ensure tests/inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented per approved procedures; supervise inspection staff
- Monitor material procurement and deliveries to support construction schedule and quality
- Maintain daily site logs, records, and turnover/as built documentation; support handover of utility works to relevant authorities
- Enforce site HSE procedures and ensure safe work practices across site teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience on infrastructure projects, with strong stormwater drainage delivery/supervision exposure
- Strong supervision capability, documentation discipline, and understanding of construction processes and standards
- Proficient in engineering/construction software and reporting tools
- Strong English communication skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Resident Engineer (Infrastructure – Stormwater) to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
- In this role, you will lead day to day site supervision and field engineering activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and in full compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
