Job Description
The hotel is seeking a passionate and guest-focused revenue professional who delivers high levels of customer service and creative solutions.
The position is based at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi.
The Assistant Reservations Manager manages reservation-related communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain reservation administration procedures to hotel and company standards.
- Maintain close relationships with group leaders and coordinate group reservation requirements.
- Know current rates and promotions and promote, upsell, and cross-sell hotel offerings.
- Apply the hotel credit policy when making group reservations.
- Contribute to hotel sales activities and maximize sales opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and clearly document credit and billing instructions.
- Confirm all reservations and requests within 24 hours.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in hospitality is ideally desired.
- Previous experience in a hotel's reservations department is ideally desired.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
