About the Role
Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager for TWC Partially Secured to support portfolio management, credit processing, and client relationship tasks.

Responsibilities
- Process approvals from WRM, declines & amendments
- Ensure timely completion of NTB CPs and renewals
- Initiate renewal information request 60 days prior to expiry and ensure information is obtained before 30 days
- Update MRS immediately on receipt of audited financials or triggering of any DRI event
- Ensure all client queries and transactions are handled promptly and efficiently
- Perform active portfolio management and analytics
- Monitor overdue/excesses, account irregularity reports, and manage early alert process
- Ensure timely completion of quarterly RCSA report through coverage of 100% of identified risks
- Cross sell various products
Requirements
- Experience in banking or financial services, particularly in relationship management or credit
- Strong analytical and portfolio management skills
- Knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

- CP quality – Manager & CRM Feedback
- Ensure all client queries and transactions referred are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Active portfolio management and analytics
- CP expiry report (No expiry beyond 30 days, no expired CPs without extension / justifications)
- Monitoring of Overdue / Excesses, Account irregularity reports
- MER expiry (No Primary & Secondary beyond 30 days)
- Covenants (No o/s covenants beyond 60 days)
