About the Resort
Raffles The Red Sea is a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination, combining personalized service with a sustainability-focused setting.
The development includes two nature-focused resorts, 361 rooms, multiple dining concepts, and a spa.
Operational Oversight
- Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across lobbies, restaurants, elevators, outdoor arrival areas, and other shared spaces.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Public Area Attendants and Supervisors while fostering heartfelt hospitality and anticipatory service.
Quality and Program Planning
- Conduct inspections to ensure public-area surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet Luxury Quality Assessment standards.
- Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs including marble polishing and carpet shampooing.
- Coordinate special setups for VIP arrivals and events.
Departmental Collaboration
- Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and Food and Beverage teams to address maintenance needs and guest concerns promptly.
Resources and Sustainability
- Monitor usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols.
Experience and Technical Skills
- The role requires 3–5 years of luxury hospitality housekeeping experience and significant supervisory or assistant management experience.
- Pre-opening experience including project coordination and document control is stated as required for this destination.
- The role requires proficiency in property management systems such as Opera.
- The role requires a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
