- Manage purchase orders, process accounts payable, and code vendor invoices accurately.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reporting, and financial projects.
- Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, property files, and key business metric reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to occupiers and maintain close communication with the engaged asset owners.
- Partner with field management staff and client accounting services to ensure compliance.
- Engage regularly with tenants to build strong rapport and identify upcoming operational needs.
- Support the planning and execution of building events.
- Previous experience in commercial property management, or a strong residential background with a desire to step into the commercial sector.
- A property or finance-related degree, or a strong fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- High enthusiasm, a genuinely inquisitive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage direct, face-to-face client and owner interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word, with a strong ability to analyse data.
- A collaborative, high-trust team culture within a premium A-Grade commercial environment.
