Assistant Project Manager – Buildings | Bureau Veritas | Perth
The Opportunity
Join Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure team as an Assistant Project Manager and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a diverse range of Projects.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and industry professionals, you’ll gain valuable exposure across project coordination, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and project delivery, while building a long-term career within a leading global consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination and delivery of projects,
- Prepare project documentation, including consultant briefs, reports, tender documents and meeting minutes
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks and project registers to support successful outcomes.
- Support the management of project budgets, costs, contracts and financial reporting
- Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Attend project meetings and assist with reporting, presentations and status updates
- Contribute to business development activities, client relationship management and proposal preparation
About You
- Territory qualification in Project Management, Construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, Planning or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration or assistant project management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office and project management systems
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine passion for the buildings and infrastructure industry
