- Support and provide guidance to the Business Units for compliance with the Stage Gate templates and processes
- Emphasize compliance with strategic frameworks, governance structures, and the target operating model
- Ensure Business Unit alignment with the Stage Gate process
- Streamline Stage Gate operations
- Promote Best Practices to ensure consistency, quality and regulatory compliance
- Compile and review updates to the Stage Gate process and deliverable templates for Asset Development based on feedback from internal teams
- Compile and review best practice templates for submission to knowledge management database
- Assist with drafting policies and procedures related to Stage Gates for Asset Development
- Support central initiatives such as project tracking systems, development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on key performance metrics, timelines and budgets
- Support risk management to identify potential risks and integrate mitigation strategies and solutions across asset development operations
- Prepare reports to update committees and management on Stage Gate process, data and central initiatives
- Draft guidance, manuals and updates for Stage Gate process and templates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Project Management, Real Estate or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate construction projects with an understanding of the real estate development and construction process lifecycle
- Experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g. P6, Unifier, Primavera) in change management, operational excellence and managing multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of Development Processes, Project Management and Technical Knowledge relevant to development methodologies

- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Project Controls to join our team! In this role you will get to drive some of the most influential governance structures for our client.
What You'll Be Doing
