About the Role

- Oversee fabric receipt, inventory verification, and distribution to printing and embroidery units
- Coordinate and manage production workflow to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Monitor printing, embroidery, and finishing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure correct usage of materials such as threads, beads, crystals, and other embellishments as per design specifications
- Prepare production packages and manage logistics, including overseas shipping coordination
- Provide regular production status updates to senior management
- Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring effective communication and compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing or garment production in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple production lines effectively

Job Summary
- Manage end to end garment production from order placement to final delivery, ensuring high quality standards and on time completion. Track production progress, proactively resolve operational issues, and coordinate with vendors, including onboarding and ongoing communication.
Salary & Location
- Salary: Up to AED 10,000 – 15,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Reporting To: Production Manager
