Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group operates luxury hotels, resorts, and residences in prime destinations worldwide.
Duties
- Complete weekly filing and keep colleague records up to date.
- Administer internal transfers and personnel procedures for starters, transfers, promotions, variations, and leavers.
- Coordinate with Finance on personnel procedures and salary-related administration.
- Maintain casual colleague records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Administer colleague benefits and conduct monthly and yearly personnel file audits.
- Prepare monthly starter, promotion, transfer, and leaver lists for Payroll, Security, and IT&T.
- Prepare the outstanding probation list for the People and Culture Manager.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate recruitment activities with division heads.
- Manage requisitions, recruitment reports, vacancy updates, new-hire status, contracts, and agency relationships.
- Coordinate new-hire arrival matters, visa updates, flight pick-up, and flight tickets.
Candidate Expectations
- Minimum two years of experience working in a five-star hotel environment.
- At least one year of experience with a recognized multinational brand is preferred.
- International experience with GCC and/or Doha is preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
