Role Overview
Support store control and warehouse operations for material receipts, issues, inspections, accounting, and safe storage.
Assist the Supervisor with inventory valuation and efficient use of warehouse resources and storage space.
Responsibilities
- Administer receipts, issues, inspections, accounting, and safe storage of warehouse materials.
- Monitor store staff workload and plan the use of available resources and storage space.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory to minimize loss, damage, pilferage, and deterioration.
- Inspect incoming materials for required quality and specifications.
- Release correct materials to production according to required specifications.
- Report material shortages to the Supervisor and coordinate delivery status with relevant departments.
Warehouse Operations
- The role supports physical warehouse and store-control activities involving incoming materials, storage, inventory, and production releases.
Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse store operations and inventory control.
- Ability to support inventory valuation, material inspection, and delivery coordination.
