Job Purpose
Coordinate cargo recovery operations and post-flight support while resolving customer and stakeholder requests in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, issue resolution, and recovery-status updates.
Job Accountabilities
- Research primary data sources and select relevant information to analyze key themes and trends.
- Answer inquiries by clarifying information needs, researching answers, and providing information.
- Resolve problems by researching alternatives, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues.
- Coordinate with customers, stations, and internal and external stakeholders on domestic and international requests.
- Collect customer feedback on recovery operations and support services.
- Provide timely updates on recovery status.
- Prepare reports detailing recovery actions, challenges, and resolutions.
- Gather data on cargo condition and recovery outcomes for future improvement.
- Coordinate storage facilities for recovered cargo until assessment or delivery.
- Maintain and update the call center database to track inquiry outcomes and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance when customer reimbursement is required.
- Track lost or damaged cargo through station follow-up and shipment information analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 0–1 years of experience in the same or a similar field.
