Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and creativity of all visuals
- Follow correct policy and brand standards in marketing collateral, advertising, and digital
- Oversee sponsorships for promotional and cultural events
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategy with Director of Sales & Marketing
- Liaise with design/advertising agency for production of collateral, stationary, creative, ads, and graphics
- Track competitor marketing activities in Abu Dhabi/UAE market
- Track F&B, Spa, Wedding, Meetings & Events trends and competitor activities
- Act as liaison between hotel and third parties for special promotions
- Assist in updating press kits, press releases, and creative communication
- Develop and maintain contacts with press and media
- Update hotel database of clients, media contacts, and VIPs
- Ensure targeted publicity and coverage of hotel's positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of Sofitel guidelines and brand standards
- Experience with design and advertising agencies

Job Summary
- Knows all Sofitel guidelines and keeps track of updates.
- Ensures quality and creativity of all visuals.
