Assistant Manager - Transportation Services

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE.

Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.

It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort’s Limousine Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and special events.

Ensure all transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.

Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.

Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Ensure personalized and seamless transportation experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to transportation.

Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.

Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.

Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services.

Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local transportation regulations and hotel policies.

Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met

Conduct regular safety checks and audits.

Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all vehicles and drivers.
