Job Purpose
Support the execution and day-to-day management of social media activities for the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games 2026 across digital platforms.
The role is responsible for supporting social media management, content publishing, and digital communication activities to strengthen digital presence and campaign delivery.
The role also supports ticketing coordination activities by liaising with ticketing vendors, managing ticketing-related communications, and responding to audience inquiries across digital platforms.
In addition, the role supports influencer management and coordination, including content alignment, scheduling, communication, and operational support during campaigns and event-time activities.
The role further supports reporting and operational activities related to social media performance, campaigns, influencer activities, and digital communication initiatives
Social Media Management & Content Support
- Support the implementation of social media plans and daily platform activities aligned with AIMAG communication objectives.
- Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across official social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, content creators, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital content and campaign materials.
- Support the development and adaptation of social media captions, visuals, and platform-specific content formats.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency and alignment with AIMAG communication guidelines across all digital platforms.
Ticketing Coordination Support
- Support ticketing-related communication and promotional activities across social media and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with ticketing vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of ticketing information and updates.
- Assist in responding to ticketing-related audience inquiries and escalating operational issues when required.
- Support the publishing of ticketing announcements, reminders, and campaign-related content across digital channels.
Influencer Management & Coordination
- Support the coordination and management of influencers aligned with AIMAG campaign objectives and communication plans.
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders on content requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Assist in managing influencer scheduling, communication, and operational requirements during campaigns and event-time activities.
- Support the review and alignment of influencer content to ensure compliance with AIMAG brand and communication guidelines.
Reporting & Operational Support
- Assist in tracking social media, ticketing, and influencer campaign performance metrics and preparing periodic reports.
- Support coordination activities related to campaign timelines, approvals, publishing schedules, and operational follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of content calendars, campaign assets, influencer activities, and digital communication materials.
- Support additional marketing, communications, and digital engagement activities as assigned.
