Role overview
Lead complex valve and spare-part projects as an Assistant Manager in Project Execution.
Execute customer orders from order receipt through final delivery while ensuring quality, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines engineering knowledge, project management, customer interaction, and cross-functional coordination.
Project execution
- Review customer orders against quotations and contractual requirements.
- Capture project, product, and legal requirements accurately.
- Manage order execution activities and maintain project data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Monitor project schedules and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordination and delivery
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and third-party inspectors.
- Secure document approvals, inspections, shipping clearances, and timely order progress.
- Work with finance, sales, and customers to support documentation and on-time payment collection.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.
