About the Role

- Support the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager in the efficient daily operation of the outlet
- Ensure excellent guest service, team performance, and operational compliance
- Help drive revenue, aligning with departmental targets, and maintaining service quality
- Take full responsibility for the outlet’s management in the absence of the Outlet Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in a supervisory or management role in F&B operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience & service excellence
- Proficiency in POS and reservation systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, Seven Rooms)
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an asset
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable

About the Job
- The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager in the efficient daily operation of the outlet.
- This role ensures excellent guest service, team performance, and operational compliance while helping to drive revenue, aligning with departmental targets, and maintaining service quality.
- In the absence of the Outlet Manager, the Assistant takes full responsibility for the outlet’s management.
About You
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in a supervisory or management role in F&B operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience & service excellence
