Overview

  • Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Assistant Manager Operational Readiness to join our team and contribute to the successful launch and operation of our world class entertainment projects.
  • In this role, you will support the operational readiness process by coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • You will play a key role in overseeing readiness assessments, training initiatives, and operational processes that align with the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing operational readiness plans across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather operational requirements and address readiness gaps
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate operational preparedness prior to project launch
  • Support training programs that equip staff with necessary operational skills and knowledge
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and suggest continuous improvements
  • Facilitate risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth operations
  • Promote a customer focused culture to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in operational readiness or operations management, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of local cultural and business environments in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and commitment to delivering high quality results
