Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in operational readiness or operations management, preferably in entertainment or hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of local cultural and business environments in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
