Role Overview
Deliver end-to-end fiber rollout projects, including planning, execution, right-of-way management, material planning and reconciliation, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and customer interface management.
Ensure delivery within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, project milestones, and customer commitments.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering graduation is required.
- Four to seven years of relevant experience is required.
- The role requires understanding of the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, change management, and closure.
- Experience with telecom deployment and project management or GIS tools such as Airtel Works, FF1, Google Earth, and Lepton is required.
- Experience in fiber rollout, FTTx deployment, network infrastructure, telecom project delivery, and troubleshooting network or service delivery issues is required.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead fiber rollout delivery and manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, quality, and customer objectives.
- Drive Right of Way approvals, material planning, inventory governance, and material reconciliation to support execution and billing.
