Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and support revenue growth in HORECA
- Lead growth marketing initiatives, leveraging data driven insights and experimentation to optimize customer funnels, digital campaigns, and new market opportunities
- Identify emerging market trends, industry innovations, and customer needs to position Indoguna as the preferred premium food distribution partner in the GCC
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Commercial to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and industry networks to enhance brand positioning and open new business avenues
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, trade events, exhibitions, PR, and customer engagement activities
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend
- Analyze campaign results, generate reports, and adjust strategies to continually improve performance
- Champion brand consistency and storytelling across all platforms and communications
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership exposure preferred
- Proven experience leading end to end marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Strong background in growth and performance marketing, with a data driven approach to funnel optimization and experimentation
- Hands on experience across digital marketing, social media, content, and campaign management
- Ability to identify market trends and leverage new technologies, including AI driven marketing tools
- Proven track record of driving growth through data driven marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance measurement
- Experience in fast paced, growth oriented environments preferred
