Assists the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with implementing Hyatt's people philosophy throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- A university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Hospitality, or Tourism is ideal.
- At least two years of experience as an Assistant Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Officer in a larger operation is required.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices is required.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the Human Resources department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the personnel department within the Human Resources Division.
- Assist the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with implementing Hyatt's people philosophy throughout the hotel.
- Support employee, guest, and owner expectations while carrying out HR responsibilities in the hotel operation.
