About the Role
Landmark Group seeks an Assistant Manager for E-Commerce to drive online merchandising, campaign management, and inventory optimization for its Lifestyle retail brand. Responsibilities
- Drive e commerce performance by leveraging beauty trends, seasonality, and visual presentation to execute product features and cross selling, maximising conversion and average basket value.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and external partners to plan campaign calendars, negotiate online exclusive and brand funded promotions, and align initiatives with traffic trends.
- Maintain optimal category inventory levels through stock to sales analysis and coordinate closely with warehouse, content and external platforms to ensure timely product launches and accurate site presentation.
- Manage accurate pricing implementation across platforms, proactively monitoring for irregular trends or margin fluctuations to collaborate with category managers and safeguard market competitiveness.
- Analyse online trends to provide data driven forecasting, helping the category team optimise product assortments, inventory planning, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor monthly/weekly KPIs, conduct competitive reviews, and distribute comprehensive Daily Sales Reports, utilising custom dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision making.
- Play a key role in cross functional budgeting exercises alongside Planning and Finance, while overseeing marketplace reconciliation processes to resolve discrepancies and maintain strict financial accountability.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, develop SOPs, and implement automation to streamline E Commerce workflows, reduce errors, and scale operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with brand partners and launch products within the launch period provided by the brands.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong data analytics skills Power BI & Power Query preferable
- Candidates with experience in the beauty category will be preferred
- Functional understanding of online and local retail markets, budgeting & costing, and consumer/market research methodologies
