About the Role
Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group seeks an Assistant Manager for Digital Transformation in Abu Dhabi to lead implementation of enhancements and transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM, and Mind Gate platforms.

- Lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, Mind Gate application
- Identify ways to reduce Cost by improving operational efficiency and Innovation
- Work with key stakeholders i.e Technology, Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements
- Review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management for sign off
- Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management
- Support Project Management for various CIBG Ops Automation initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in leading implementation of enhancements and transformation initiatives
- Ability to identify ways to reduce cost by improving operational efficiency and innovation
- Experience working with key stakeholders such as Technology and Product teams
- Ability to review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management
- Ability to identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation
