- Knowledge of trade lifecycle management
- Hands on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, reconciliation, reporting)
- Experience in reconciliation and exception management
- Exposure to banking / financial services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

Role Overview
- The Assistant Manager – Derivative Operations will be responsible for managing end to end derivatives operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and accounting activities.
- The role requires strong knowledge of derivative products, SWIFT messaging, and financial accounting principles while ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and working experience on derivative products, Swift, Accounting & MS Excel.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Derivative Operations / Capital Markets Operations
- Strong knowledge of: Derivative products (FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Options, Futures), Trade lifecycle management, Hands on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, reconciliation, reporting), Experience in reconciliation and exception management, Exposure to banking / financial services environ
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
