Assistant Manager - Cell Maintenance

Job Purpose

To manage the entire shift independently for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines while meeting safety, quality and production targets with optimum Repair & Maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing the entire shift independently for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines, equipment’s while ensuring equipment’s & personnel safety 2. Wet Chemistry: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment’s from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc. 3. Thermal Tools: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Thermal process and equipment’s from suppliers like Centrotherm, & SC China for Diffusion / Annealing / Oxidation / PECVD etc. 4. Printing Tools: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line process & equipment’s from supplier like Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester 5. LDSE / LCO Tools: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Laser process and equipment’s from suppliers like Maxwell, DR Laser for Laser Doped Selective Emitter & Laser Contact Opening. 6. Robots / Automation Line: Incumbent shall be responsible for all Robots / AGVs / Automation on latest Technology used in Solar Cell mfg. related to Operations, Maintenance & Safety. He Should be able to provide solution for Process defects (Like – Cell Breakages, Scratches) linked to all Robots / AGVs / Automation 7. Supports and debugs complex CONTROLS related problems to exceed targets of KPIs in terms of MTTR, MTBF, % Downtime, %PM adherence 8. Should have good hands on experience in Beckhoff, Siemens controllers, PLC (Must Have), SCADA, Robotics, Servo drives, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Encoders, pressure and Temperature transducers, Network Topology, Ethernet, Ether-CAT, CAN-bus, Profibus, Modbus, Analog & Digital Sensors. 9. Long-term & short-term plan for Breakdown, Shutdown Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of all Equipment &facilities 10. Spares Planning to strike balance between availability of critical spares and Inventory 11. Facilitate that the Associates follow the Team Based Work System, achieve their Team Measures and take them to next level of Development 12. Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for process & their revision as per requirement
