Assistant Manager - Cage

Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Cage to join the resort’s Cage team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Supervise daily cage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures

Oversee cashier team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management

Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and regulatory requirements

Monitor cash levels, chip inventories, and vault operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting

Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities

Provide exceptional guest service, resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally

Support audits, inspections, and reviews by internal and external stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patron experience within cage operations

Assume the role of most senior cage representatives on property in the absence of the Assistant Director

As a 24-hour day, 7-days a week of operation, the Assistant Cage Manager will be required to work shifts and weekends on a rotational roster

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cage operations, banking, or financial services, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and financial control procedures

Experience in large-scale integrated resorts or internationally recognized gaming environment preferred
