Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate uniform programs with Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions and manage measuring, sizing, tracking, and returns.
• Create and revise Laundry and Valet SOPs and support the department during the Laundry Manager's absence.
• Conduct uniform and linen inventories and order uniforms while maintaining appropriate par levels.
• Maintain uniform budgets and complete daily payroll activities.
• Handle guest laundry feedback and concerns.
• Research and implement new uniforms and present initiatives to senior management.
• Coach the Laundry and Valet team, conduct performance reviews, and hold communication meetings.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, initiative, relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Formal hospitality or tourism education is an asset.
