EFZIN Fresh is hiring an Assistant Junior Operations Manager to support daily operations.
The role supports venue operations, team performance, service quality, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager with daily venue operations and team performance.
- Lead, motivate, and guide staff to maintain service and quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance follow-ups.
- Maintain communication between management and venue teams.

- A confident, proactive, and natural leader with excellent communication skills.
- A hands-on professional with strong problem-solving abilities who can take responsibility and lead by example.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
