The role works closely with the Regional IT Team and IT Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily IT department operations, ensuring technical support and system uptime across hotel operations.
- Work with the Regional IT Team on brand compliance and system updates.
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues raised by teams and guests.
- Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting across IT infrastructure, networks, and hospitality software.
- Maintain hardware, software license, manual, and IT asset records for compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
- 2–3 years of IT experience within the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on exposure to OPERA Cloud, MICROS Simphony Cloud, Aruba networking, and PBX systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently while supporting the IT Coordinator.
