About the Role
Kimpton Sevn Dubai seeks an Assistant IRD Manager to lead in-room dining operations for a luxury pre-opening hotel. You will supervise daily service, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through seamless delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support daily In Room Dining operations across all service periods
- Supervise, train, and motivate IRD team members
- Ensure efficient order taking, preparation coordination, and delivery execution
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout each shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with labour scheduling and productivity management
- Support inventory control and operating supply management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Assist with departmental setup and operational readiness for pre opening
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3 5 years of Food & Beverage experience in upscale or luxury hospitality
- Minimum 1 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Previous In Room Dining experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience highly desirable
- Pre opening experience is an advantage
- GCC/Dubai experience beneficial

Role Overview
- Assistant IRD Manager supports the F&B Operations Manager in leading the In Room Dining operation at Kimpton Sevn Dubai, a luxury pre opening hotel.
- The role focuses on service excellence, operational leadership, and team development to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily In Room Dining operations across all service periods.
