- Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including manpower planning, interviewing, onboarding, and induction
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding
- Support payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Advise managers on HR policies, employee performance, and talent management
- Support succession planning, retention initiatives, and organizational development projects
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 10 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience
