Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the housekeeping and laundry team.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests.
- Inspect public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and busy-period team coverage.
- Educate team members on legal and safety compliance.
- Maintain inventory, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
- At least one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
- Ability to speak the local language or languages.
