About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead and inspire front of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Drive revenue growth through effective floor management, guest engagement, and operational excellence
- Monitor and achieve financial objectives, including sales, labor costs, and profitability targets
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, partners, and stakeholders
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Assist with pre opening preparations, including team mobilization, training, and operational setup
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant General Manager in luxury & lifestyle standalone restaurants
- Strong background in high volume lifestyle dining, Japanese, Mediterranean, or festive dining concepts
- Proven leadership experience managing large front of house teams
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and operational KPIs
- Excellent guest relations skills with experience managing VIP clientele
- Fluent in English

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as Assistant General Manager within luxury & lifestyle standalone restaurants.
- Strong background in high volume lifestyle dining, Japanese, Mediterranean, or festive dining concepts.
- Proven leadership experience managing large front of house teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent guest relations skills with experience managing VIP clientele.
- Experience in pre opening projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English is essential; additional European languages are highly desirable.
