Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is a full-service hotel in Riyadh’s Al Suwaidi district.
The hotel has 103 rooms, three dining outlets, a boardroom, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

Role Overview
The Assistant Front Office Manager owns the delivery of exceptional first impressions for hotel guests.
The role covers registration, reservations, porter services, concierge services, and front office team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and welcoming service.
- Engage with guests, build relationships, and resolve complaints.
- Conduct regular front office inspections to maintain service standards.
- Help prepare budgets and identify ways to increase revenue from walk-ins and front-desk upselling.
- Train team members on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies or crises.
- Manage front desk employees across several specialisms and report to the Director of Rooms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- At least three years of front office or guest service experience, including management experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Additional language skills are preferred.
