Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day FM operations including hard & soft services (maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
  • Manage FM service providers and ensure delivery as per SLAs & KPIs
  • Support OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, cost control, and project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with FM standards
  • Manage CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) and track service requests/work orders
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and tendering processes
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and life safety regulations
  • Drive sustainability and utility cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and authorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
  • Minimum 6+ years of FM experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of FM operations, contract management, and maintenance
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
  • Familiarity with UAE regulations and HSE standards is preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., IWFM) are a plus
