The Cove Rotana Resort is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales fluent in Russian.
The role supports the Director of Sales in achieving company goals and is based at The Cove Rotana Resort.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support a seamless sales process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and sales best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required.
- Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
