Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in sales management or assistant director capacity, or 3 years progressive sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience with ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required

Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with the Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, expand client base, and establish our organization as a market leader.
Responsibilities
