Job Description

  • Seeking dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand client base in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Director of Sales to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Identify emerging business trends and competitive insights
  • Manage key accounts and prospect for new business
  • Develop and present sales proposals and action plans
  • Oversee pricing strategies and budget allocation
  • Organize strategic sales trips and client familiarization events
  • Maintain relationships with government and industry stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Participate in industry forums and trade shows
  • Oversee online distribution channels and third party partners
  • Support events and operations teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in sales management or assistant director capacity, or 3 years progressive sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and revenue forecasting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Leadership experience with ability to motivate and mentor
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
