Role Overview
Support the Director of Sales in achieving the hotel's commercial objectives in the Riyadh market.
Drive sales revenue, develop new business, manage key accounts, and strengthen the hotel's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the hotel's sales strategy and business plans.
- Drive room revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and overall sales targets.
- Develop corporate, government, MICE, group, and business accounts.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
- Identify business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
- Develop MICE, meetings, conferences, and group business.
- Work with Revenue Management to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, account production, and conversion rates.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Coach and guide the Sales team toward individual and departmental targets.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and represent the hotel at industry functions.
Role Qualifications
- The role requires capability in hotel sales, account development, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and sales team coaching.
- The role covers corporate, government, MICE, group, and business account segments.
