Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, payments, and tracking for recreation centre facilities.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels.
• Record guest and member charges in the computer system and complete accounting procedures.
• Promote gym, spa, and recreation services.
• Follow departmental rules and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with gym and swimming pool safety procedures.
• Check locker facility cleanliness and order.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym reception, pool, and surrounding areas.
• Answer guest and member inquiries accurately and confidently.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cashiering.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and a positive service attitude are required.
• Attention to detail is expected.
• A passion for extraordinary service is expected.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Similar-position experience is beneficial but not essential.
