  • Manage costs proactively based on KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to financial record keeping and money handling policies
  • Assist in inventory management and maintenance of operating equipment
  • Participate in weekly yield and revenue management meetings
  • Control beverage program including recipes, inventory, and menu development
  • Review uniform replacement schedule
  • Oversee preparation and update of Departmental Operations Manuals
  • Conduct annual performance development discussions with key F&B associates

Marketing

  • Assist in preparation and update of Annual Marketing Plan
  • Evaluate market trends and competitors to keep operations competitive
  • Encourage Department Heads to seek Marketing and PR opportunities
  • Ensure F&B activities align with Corporate Strategy

Operations

  • Ensure all company minimum brand standards are implemented
  • Monitor operations during peak business periods
  • Ensure Food and Beverage Fundamentals are introduced and maintained
  • Respond to Consumer Audit results and implement changes
  • Work closely with other Executive Committee members
  • Ensure F&B associates work flexibly with other departments
  • Keep associates updated on seasonal and new products
  • Taste and monitor food and beverage products
  • Oversee punctuality and appearance of F&B associates
