The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Mandarin Oriental, Dubai Engineering Department and its strategic policy.
The role requires adherence to corporate and hotel policies, applicable law, safety, sustainability, information-security, and social media requirements.
General Responsibilities
- Communicate corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to colleagues.
- Support all aspects of the Engineering Department Strategic Policy.
- Support learning and development activities.
- Safeguard stored information and protect confidential guest, customer, colleague, and hotel information.
- Comply with Safe, Sound and Sustainable policies.
- Remain responsible for content published on social media platforms under the MODUB Social Media Policy.
- Act as a hotel ambassador.
- Carry out additional duties requested by management.
Requirements
- Comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, corporate policies, and hotel standard operating procedures.
- Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality of guest, customer, colleague, and hotel information.
- Adhere to safety, soundness, sustainability, and social media policies.
