Summary

Responsibilities

• General
• Execute company, individual, and team goals
• Represent the company in a variety of client interactions
• Report to manager on client status
• Support the organization by taking on a variety of tasks required for our success including, but not limited to, billing functions and patient phone call coverage.
• ?
• Client Relationship Management
• Delight clients while striving to meet and exceed their expectations
• Document, research, and promptly resolve client issues
• Coordinate meetings with clients, take minutes and follow-up on all action items
• Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff of the clients/clinics to ensure documentation is complete and timely
• Resolve client conflicts, troubleshoot and prioritize projects and escalate to manager as needed
• Develop and execute corrective action plans as needed
• Oversight to Offshore Billing Operations
• Conduct audits and create a feedback rich environment for the off-shore billing team to ensure they have all of the knowledge and information the need to be successful
• Participate in a daily huddle with the offshore team to establish plans and resolve issues
