Job Overview
- As an Assistant Bar manager, you will work closely with the manager of Scarfes Bar to oversee the day to day operations of the bar.
- You will also assist with the managing of our beverage team to develop their knowledge, skills, and service of fine wines and beverages in our destination bar.
About Scarfes Bar
- A bar with a traditional soul, Scarfes Bar evokes the atmosphere of a London gentlemens club, with a roaring fire at one end and wooden bar running along the other.
- Warm, intimate and sophisticated, plush furniture organised to create intimate, comfortable corners, sits on a herringbone floor strewn with hand woven rugs.
