- Manage open items for customer accounts using SAP software
- Handle specific accounts for wholesale and retail customers, including reconciliation and local adjustments
- Receive weekly sales invoices and returns from the warehouse keeper, ensuring accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of return invoices and maintain documentation
- Process discrepancies in returns and ensure timely submission of invoices
- Ensure weekly reporting to management regarding outstanding invoices
- Complete quarterly reconciliations for customers
- Send relevant documentation for delivery and receipt between departments
- Maintain inventory records for goods in the warehouse
- Conduct miscellaneous inventory tasks for valid stock and handle damaged goods
- Print and deliver necessary copies of invoices or returns as required

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage open items for customer accounts using SAP software after entering all necessary adjustments and entries.
- Handle specific accounts for wholesale and retail customers, including reconciliation and local adjustments.
- Receive weekly sales invoices and returns from the warehouse keeper, ensuring accuracy in customer transactions and compliance with internal standards.
- Verify the accuracy of return invoices and maintain documentation for customer accounts.
- Process any visible discrepancies in returns and ensure timely submission of invoices and returns after resolving all discrepancies.
- Ensure weekly reporting to management regarding outstanding invoices.
- Complete quarterly reconciliations for customers and ensure proper handling of discrepancies.
- Send relevant documentation for delivery and receipt between departments.
- Maintain inventory records for goods in the warehouse and ensure proper documentation according to company policy.
- Conduct miscellaneous inventory tasks for valid stock and handle damaged goods according to established procedures.
- Print and deliver any necessary copies of invoices or returns as required by customers.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting – preferably with a focus on financial management.
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure.
