- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, assisting with stocktakes, and calculating cost of goods sold

- Catering background or experience in catering accounting
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software

- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments, preparing client invoices, and following up on outstanding balances
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze variances against forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators for catering operations
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, assisting with stocktakes, and calculating cost of goods sold for menu items
